Yardley, PA – January 13, 2014 — Intraprise Solutions, a custom software and data analytics company, today announced Ralph Arcaro has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by the company’s Board of Directors effective January 2, 2014. Mr. Arcaro has been a managing director of the company since 2009. Over the past 14 years, Mr. Arcaro has held several executive positions at Intraprise Solutions.

During his time at Intraprise Solutions, Mr. Arcaro has been instrumental in the design and oversight of some of Intraprise Solutions’ most complex projects, including a massively parallel processed mortgage valuation system with integrated predictive models as well as projects designed to improve patient care through the intelligent deployment and integration of health information technology. Mr. Arcaro was also integral to the creation, growth and ultimate sale of MobileMD, Inc. in 2011.
Prior to joining Intraprise Solutions, Mr. Arcaro worked as a nuclear safety engineer for the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board. Mr. Arcaro graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also later received a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland. Mr. Arcaro is a resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
