Room 52 is a speakeasy and theatre located in Midtown Manhattan in the former space of a historic jazz club. It also happens to be an absolutely perfect place for stand up comedy!

MEGHAN HANLEY is a National Touring stand-up comic, writer and baseball blogger. She has appeared on AXSTV’s “Gotham Comedy Live,” DreamsTv, as well as Fox’s “Laughs,” and “Red Eye.” Hanley, know for her quick wit and upbeat persona, has been featured in several festivals, including Boston, Austin’s Out of Bounds, Atlanta’sLaughing Skull andThe Women in Comedy Festival. This past March she completed her first tour with Armed Forces Entertainment, performing for the Troops in Kosovo, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium and England. In addition to stand-up she has contributed to WABC’s “Curtis and Kuby Show,” “Sports Rants,” and in 2017 co-wrote and co-hosted the program for Fordham University’s Inaugural Athletics Gala. Currently Meghan can be seen in the web series “Seeking Sublet,” onFunny or Die, and is the creator and host of the popular web series “Sports Tabata.” Lastly, she smiles a lot, which some people find suspicious, but mostly endearing.

Jeff Scheen has been featured on The Late Late show with James Corden and has a Drybar Comedy special titled “Only Weirdo”. Jeff has also been in a number of comedy festivals, including Montreux’s Jokenational Festival in Switzerland, Laughing Skull Festival in Atlanta, the New York Comedy Festival, Laugh Your Asheville Off in North Carolina, and Laughfest in Grand Rapids, MI.

The New York Times said Adam Strauss "mines a great deal of laughter from disabling pain" and the Chicago Tribune called him "arrestingly honest and howlingly funny." Adam won the New York Fringe Festival's Overall Excellence Award, the Eddy Award for best solo show in San Francisco, and the Leffe Beer Craft Your Character storytelling competition. He's lost too many things to mention here.

Jonathan is a born and bred NYC comic. With a background in self-deprecation and a passion for the absurdly relatable, Jonathan has been delighting audiences with his unique brand of silliness across NYC, and other cities like DC, Memphis, Maine, Edinburgh and Paris, where he's known as "Le Big Deal". Teresa DeGaetano has been on Impractical Jokers, The Wendy Williams Show, Good Morning America and Dr. Oz. A lover of The Real Housewives, Teresa has been heard dishing the dirt on Sirius XM’s Bravo station, Radio Andy. Teresa is also an entertainment writer for A-List Comedy where her jokes can be heard around the country on morning radio stations.
